This approximately 3663 square foot home was designed for an island location in the Cape Cod area. With 4 bedrooms upstairs, 3 baths, and a spacious open floor plan on the first floor, this home could acommodate a large family or diverse activities. A two-car, 900 sf garage is attached to the house with a covered walkway. The rear elevation is designed for passive solar heating. It is designed to be built with structural insulated panels (SIP's) or insulated concrete forms (ICF's), but could be built with other materials as well.
