This contemporary craftsman style farmhouse boasts large view windows to the east and a greenhouse to the south for solar gain.
The high windows and vaulted ceilings add a lot of light and spaciousness.
It's built over a heated crawlspace which helps keep floors warm, and uses 7 1/4" Energy frame walls.

Plans may be reversed to better accommodate specific sites at no additional charge. 
Design services are available for custom modifications to these existing plans for an additional hourly fee.
