This approximately 1775 square foot (interior) strawbale home was designed as the personal residence of the designer for the mountains of Colorado. The compact single story floor plan features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a unique master veranda off of the master bedroom. In addition there are two large covered porches. A two-car, 650 sf garage is attached to the house with an entrance into the utility area. The southern elevation is designed for passive solar heating.

These plans include all four elevations, scaled floorplans, cross section details, foundation plan, post and beam framing, roof framing, and electrical plan.
