This compact two bedroom plan employs the best of passive solar heating and cooling.
The high windows let sunlight into the north bedrooms and allows heat to escape in summer months.
The energy efficient framing system is 50% more insulative than a normal framed wall. It's 7.25" thick and the studs do not create thermal bridges through the wall.
Solar hot water panels at the right pitch are integrated on the roof. A perfect off grid home for a couple or small family.

Floor Plan

These plans have concrete slab or adobe floors which act as the main thermal mass. Plans may be reversed to better accommodate specific sites at no additional charge. 
Design services are available for custom modifications to these existing plans for an additional hourly fee.
