Here is a design for a location which requires more shade than sun for comfort. Or a porch could be enclosed as a sunroom to generate heat.
This 2 bedroom home has plenty of space which is expanded with the porches. Several suntubes bring in natural daylight without being a heat gain or loss. 
The 6 1/2" structural insulated panel walls ensure excellent energy performance along with R-50 in the trussed roof.

Plans may be reversed to better accommodate specific sites at no additional charge. 
Design services are available for custom modifications to these existing plans for an additional hourly fee.
